graham, when you eventually get yours, you will become an overnight expert on all things s202!

i have been gathering stuff on all s-series, including the legacy editions. perhaps the hardest to find anything on is actually the s202.

my advice to you is carview japan and associated blogs which are the best source of information.

actually, no secrets here....

this is your best source

http://www.impreza.gr.jp/

hard to navigate through but once you get the feel of it, endless information.

I really love these cars to! The comment about not bringing it to cruises hurts! Yet i would do the same. another thing i would do though is keep it completely stock.

Keep the dribble off this thread guys.

i will still bring it to perth-wrx cruises, don't worry about that!

as for the completely stock, yeah maybe. i feel if you upgrade tastefully i don't see it being a problem. norm butler was able to build me an exhaust which still captures the sti/genome feel but with the capacity of a real race exhaust. the suspension is a personal choice and i only like to drive/ride on dms's. i stored the standard suspension for originality sakes. everything else i do, maybe a complete 2005+ jdm spec c upgrade might still be withing that good taste but also something about keeping it close to stock as possible.

a vl walkinshaw would be the same. nice exhaust, the right ride height and slap on some simmons fr19's and you got yourself an instant classic.okay so im a closet walky fan aswell
