What do you intend on using them for?

If they are cheap and you don't have much money go for it. I am guessing these are my old tires you are buying from Steve (Nauli)?

If so they are good enough to take a beating on the track but are no r-comp. They will be ok for street as they are a fairly hard compound.

I've used them on my supra before they are great tyres for the price...Good for daily driving, not so good for track use...I find they squell a lot when they are pushed...

I am going to be buying them new from a tyre shop.

215/40/R17

I am only going to be using them for street use. I dont track or drag.

I am going to be getting some better tyres when I can afford it just dont want to put something on my car that is going to kill me when I use my "private runway"

cheers

You need 215/45 R17

40 profile is for smaller cars. Check for the minimum load rating of 87

Decided to keep them as track practice tyres...they are a high performance road tyre rather than a pure R Comp. I've used them on the track once and they are OK without being fantastic...like Jaron says, they will be a good street performance tyre.

Speak to tech9 tyres about the nexxens they use for the antilag street series - very sure they are cheaper then that, and by all reports, are a decent tyre.
