Hi All,

I have a MY00 WRX, I'm going to install a Power FC, I have heard you need to swap some wires on the loom, is this true??

If so which one's please!!

So you just swap 5 and 6 over with each other.

Thanks for your help everyone :D

That's what i make from the drawing...

Both sensors use the same common ground so you don't have to touch that.

Swap pins 5 and 6 from plug 136 (the blue plug)

EDIT: Beaten... :o Maybe someone else can use these diagrams in the future then :)

Sorry for the dumb questions, do the pins pull out from the plastic connector, is there a trick to doing this, or should I just cut the wires and join that way?

Again thanks

Hurtenstein 22-11-2009 06:57 PM

I think there's a tool out there somewhere. But 'id just cut and shut.

Probably best do it halfway between the plug and where it gets lumed up but, make it easier for yourself if you ever want to revert back to stock.

And make sure you insulate the join real good too.

All done, followed the idle run-in instructions, idles perfectly. Took it for a spin just now, runs well.

cheers
