Nooooooo!!!!

I can't beleive it!

I was driving in Joondanna and saw a Landcruiser pulling out of its driveway, thought nothing of it. Just as I pass the Landcruiser accelerates out of the driveway and WHAM! straight into the side of my car!

I was fu*king fuming. I stopped and looked in my rear view mirror to see the Landcruiser continue on across the road into the vacant block across the road.

I get out preparing to give the guy his last rights, go up to the Landcruiser and...

THERE WAS NO ONE IN IT!!!!!!!

The tool had left the handbrake off and in neutral and it had rolled out of the driveway. It accelerated cause the driveway drops away after the footpath.

I go and knock on the door and the guy says 'Huh?' I show him his car parked across the road and the damage it had done to mine.

I said, 'you better have insurance' He does and he was really apologetic, especially when he saw my car. He couldn't believe my car is 3 years old, he thought it was brand new. I said it was 3 years old and he had just put the first mark on it..

I'm devastated, my car is wounded...:(

I've been to the smash repairs and luckily the guy there is a big Rex fan (he owns 2) and is going to replace all the affected panels.

that sucks, hope the car can be repaired quickly. My dad used to pull the same stunt is his troopie as the handbrake cable was stuffed and the car needed a fair bit of warming up before driving. He learnt better the day the car ploughed through the brick wall and out onto the road.
