First time since i had my wrx, that cops havent treated me like im just another hoon. Was a nice night last night so cruised up the coast with my mate. Got pulled over 4 times for random breathe tests and licence check and went through an RBT. 5 times had a cop do a lap around my car checking ride height. First cop was a total champ (guessing wasnt a traffic cop) and said traffic cops are pricks and i reckon they would give u a yellow for ur exhaust so i suggest u get a permit. i laughed and said yeah i tried but was told i couldnt get one for an exhaust. Cop was like oh i dont care hes like aslong as u do the right thing roadwise he said i dont care wat u do to ur car.
2nd cop was like mate nice car. ur stereo sound awesome
3rd had a laugh wen i mentioned this was the 3rd time i was picked up
RBT couldnt believe my luck and said he had to get his numbers for the evening so breathe tested me neway
and the 5th cop laughed that i had my licence sitting out waiting for another cop to pull me up so didnt bother testing me and said enjoy ur night.
Usually i woudl get pissed off at getting picked on but it made the cruise fun. Nice chat and all.
Just thought id say somethign positive about some of the coppers out there.

Most of them are pretty good people, it is just the power crazy nazi ones which give them a bad name.

when i lost my 2 points the other week had roit police that actually pulled me over, they where like yeah, had nothing better to do seeing as it was a quiet nite so they took out a car and just picking up speeding ppl, didn't bother me as i was in the wrong but they where good to talk while writing me a ticket .

We had some cool cops on tonights mini cruise at Hamburger Hill. One seemed a little disinterested with the whole car thing but the other bloke knew his stuff

Had a chat for ages and then later pulled us all over all at once. Made for some cool pics

yeah they are pretty cool...maybe i should rethink the pigs hating club...

yeah ill agree most of em seem good. cept the one that gave me a yellow wednesday nigth, she was just annoying.

i mean i got pulld over a few weeks ago on leach hwy, goin 80 in a 70 zone and i changed lanes through an intersection, the cop pulled me over n just gave me a caution, no ticket nothing, didnt search the car at all, just told me be careful and have a goodnight. Another time back when i was on p plates, having a .02 limit, i was pulled over doin 90 in a 70 on south street and i lbew slightly over, blew .022. Cop didnt do anything bout either, just gave me a short lecture and sent me on my way, no searching of the rex either, so yeah they aint all bad guys.

I wish I could say the same for being pinged for having foggies on in Geraldton

Thing is, he saw me turn them off from a distance so it was a dead giveaway. If I hadn't he probably wouldn't have bothered. I tried to argue that I did the right thing by turning them off cause I truly had em on by accident, but he wouldn't have it

Ive only been pulled over once in my car in the 2 years ive had it... they measured my tint and told me that 18.8% is too dark and to get it changed... have a nice day!... I was like.. well I will now!!
