Like anything, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.

To a trev/bogan/non scooby enthusiast... most likely.

To me, with it being under 10k k's, I think its fair. *Looks for chequebook*. That said, at the end of the day, a car is worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it.

Im sure when Ford released the XY/XW (GT) range all those years ago, (circa early 70's?), and at what I think was around $5 thou... they wouldnt have thought 30 years on, they would fetch half a mil...

Brent.

PM him if you need to know more.

I personally couldnt part with anywhere near that amount for any car that age regardless of how much cash I had.

probably something to do with the fact its only done 9,200km? lol very low..

It seems like alot but this car in pristine condition and is an
awesome collectable, as it's been said already it all comes down
to what people are prepared to pay for such a car.

I don't think it's in too many peoples league at this price but
in 10-15yrs time it would have seemed a bargin price at the
time.

When the guy selling the 204 first advertised it he was asking
for 99k then dropped it to 70k then dropped it again and again
til it was well within my reach, hopefully this happens to a certain
degree with this 22B then some lucky person will snap it up.

If I had 100K to spend on a car I wouldn't mind parting with that sort of cash for a 22B especially given the fine condition of this example. In my opinion the 22B is still the pinnacle of scooby ownership.
