You must have one hell of a lead foot for that fuel consumption with only a turbo back exhaust

Not poor setup - I only live 8km from the office so it basically gets driven on cold start to and from.
Out on a decent drive I am nicely back in the low teens

Not a lead foot...give it a little squirt now and then but nothing over 4000rpm (when giving it a squirt) as I'm afraid something will break (because of high Kms)....Normal driving is 2/2500rpm...But mainly no tune and its done 300 xxx km so that doesn't help the issue either...

How many k's do you get to a full tank? Filled up at 421km, consumed 52 litres. 12.35 L/100km - Mostly work commute. Little bit of spirited driving - if I see +50m of bitumen in front of me I drive faster.

Same way I drive my 96 GC8, (exhaust is the only mod )
A squirt now and then nothing over 4000rpm,
normal driving is between 2500/3000rpm.
my car has done 311000km, serviced every 6 months, and they say its still
going strong, first engine and gearbox.
I get roughly 350k's to the tank running on BP98.
