fixing lag?
ok guys, i know this may have been done in the past but i need to fix a problem that i have, i have considered going twin scroll (and that may be an option) but i need to get the boost going about 500 or so rpm lower in the range!
The car is a 2.5L MY08 wrx and the mods are as follows GTPS02TM turbo Process West TMIC Turbo XS tbe Verso Tune I am actually relatively happy with the power and torque but it just seems very very late in the rev range and would really like to get it down! Is there something i can do with cams or something (given both sides are variable on the MY08 i have no idea?) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated |
- IHI Twin scroll
- Coat and wrap everything - 08 STi manifold and intercooler (better than the bar and plate PW cooler). |

have you got an image of the printout of your dyno run?

Twin scroll or whack on a STi turbo.

Be keen to see this as I was pondering the same Turbo and intercooler setup. |
Play more with the AVCS.
