Get the evo, more people on here have them so it will be easier to get info on mods.

Being perth-wrx, I'd say getting info on modding an 06 sti would be relatively easy too.

EDIT: I'd go the S204. I dont know how many 9MR's were built, but as there were only 600 genuine S204's released, they're somewhat rare.

There is seriously bugger all difference in modding an S204 to a 05 STi as they both have 2.0lt and a lot of similar bits (kinda) its just the 204 is twin scroll and has different cams and a few other engine differences, so Its not like there is no info on here for you if you needed it.

To the OP, if you actually looking at getting one where are you getting this S204 from and do you mind sharing the details etc with us please.

If you ask the Evo guys, they'll tell you the Evo.

It might ring true if you're comparingn JDM Evo's (MR's and such) to Aus delivered STi's, but the reality is, the JDM STi specials are 100% on par with the JDM Evo Specials.. just ask Jme as a good example, his S204 is as quick if not quicker than most Evo's out there.

Good luck getting either a RA-R or 9MR as a daily...

It's hard to ever compare cars like this, as they will end up modded. Then it comes down to who has the biggest budget as they are pretty much equal.
