De capping the injectors is that good for it? And if i got a vf 34 turbo would i need to upgrade the fuel pump? As well as goin for the cheap option and decapping the injectors

For the price of a Walbro why wouldn't you and yes it would be recommended?

Decapping isn't a really a cheap option, more a tried and tested mod that works.

Also, ask your tuner what they recommend. Big 800+cc injectors are not needed for TD04's or VF34's.

Ask yourself why are you changing these items without knowing what they will provide for your car...
