like i said not to experienced with rex's but after a good 4 months of researching these bad boys i would of thought i was gettin over 200 with what i got. Still, lookin to put on a few more mods like injectors, fuel pump, boost controller and then i'll see where i'm at.

got it for 27k

other mods besides engine

full respray last year-white
sti front bar
sti rear wing(not original suburu)
full leather
short shift
18'inch racing rims(not sure on brand,have now replaced them with gestalt virougues)
m3 bmw mirrors
turbo timer
alpine deck,12' sub, 2 ways and mb quartz splits
isotta drake gear knob and isotta boot
racing pedals

all mods and interior only done around june last year

tell me if im wrong, but you wouldnt need to buy a boost controller.

But yeah i reckon def look at getting a bigger fuel pump and injectors.

Yeh just plug a laptop into the autronic and remap the boost settings, and noooooo not gestalt rims on a rex, just too much, sounds good tho

remapping sounds like the go.... ha ha sorry had to bling it wit the gestalts.... been driving it for a couple months before i bought it when my mate had it coz he lost his licence and got bored of the white rims.... already got plans for different rims next year though, something more conservative. just had to get my chrome fix for now....

definately lookin at injectors and fuel pump don't know exactly what i'm lookin for though.

your engine is rebuilt, you have a fully programmable ecu, all you need to make more power is more fuel and more air

ie, a turbo that is in it's peak efficiency range around 25psi and a fuel system to match. simple.
