Firewall grommet part no

Hi all,

Need a little help in working out the part number for a rubber grommet found on the firewall (MY02 STI), located on the drivers side directly behind the dump pipe.

Subaru don't want to help without a part number, however the grommet has no kind of identification on it!

Does anyone have access to a parts list or know where I can start looking for some info? Any help is appreciated, getting sick of hearing engine noise..

Ignore the part that has been hacked up in the centre..

Thanks!

I have normally found that if you walk in to get a part. The parts guys will more than likely grab the book out to accommodate.

You might be able to get that in a universal packet/kit.

Why don't you give the dealership your VIN, tell them what you need and they should be able to tell you the part number.

Have been in there to have a chat, we looked through the software and I was told there were three identical grommets on the firewall, so I ordered a couple. They turned out to be a couple of small rubber stickers (completely wrong).

Not sure if 34361fc000 is correct, that looks like a rubber ring/washer? The original was a blanking plug basically, which I'd like to try to find again. Thanks though!

The hole in the firewall enters the cabin behind the pedals if that also helps, was used to run vac lines and senders for gauges.

Might go in again to see if they can get anywhere further with a VIN.
