Removing security screws

Hi guys

I tried to change the plates on my car, but they have been put on with security screws (they only screw in, not out)

Ani idea on how to get them out?

Thanks in advance.

Use chisel and hammer to remove head
Drill screws out

Maybe take a picture so when can see what the screw looks like, it might only be a torx bit screw which you can buy the bit from any tool or hardware store.

Yeah that screw is the same kind. I think the dremel is probably my best bet. Thanks guys :)

Popstick & fast setting adhesive of your choice. You're welcome.
