Kato: I don't know about Anywhere else in the world but we definitely still have catches on them back in NZ. When we were back there at Christmas time and filling up my gf's mother's car I was all like look at me no hands. GF thought I was a goof.

Seems to work fine for me.

Chance of it happening are pretty slim but it has happened as seen on every one of the caught on camera disaster shows. Guess in the world of public liability no one is prepared to take a chance anymore.
Tried and tested on Mythbusters, it's a one in a million kinda thing to cause a fire, with all variables being perfect as well as timing, but again, public liability.

I got abused by a data/cable tradie as I got out of my car, slid open my phone, then put it back in my pocket....

some servos are strange though, just don't seem to work at all, and others do....

So have I when putting 180L into the prado, I usually tell them to fill my car or get fucked. They usually go away.

When i was younger i used to fill peoples cars up for cash.

This.... is a problem on alot of older Euro cars and just about all Impreza's I found that the the best solution is to turn the handle 90 degree's. seems to almost solve the problem.
