Don't waste time with alk's, roll center kits etc while you are at 4x4 height.

Get some coilovers (i.e. HSD's of Joe) and spend the rest of the money dialing them in at AHG.

Better looking, better handling and get to do a bulk amount of skids.

With the HSD coilovers, are they able to pass pits etc? Also can you adjust them (height) when they are on or does the whole thing need to come out?

You can adjust the height with them on like any coilover. But you can't just go dropping it up and down without an alignment (going up and down changes too many geometries).

As for pits, I have never seen an issue so long as they aren't too hard or too low. After all, you have coil overs on now.

Fuck it, I'll get the HSDs
I'll grab a fibreglass lip and see if I have enough to grab fog covers and paint them.

HSD's are $1299, fit them yourself, it's really not that hard. (especially when you have mates who know how to do it)
$80 for an alignment from Wilko's.

Takes the total to $1379.

your car is an STI coloured car, so get foglight covers and splitter already painted from Subaru for $200-$300ish, then enough to buy a lip from Ultrex easily! You might have to wait until next pay to buy the lip, chip in another $50ish. Easy sorted!

When i got my fog-covers and splitters from Subaru (painted) for my WRP10 it came to about $530 if my memory serves... still not too bad tho considering Subaru pricing!
