Chrome rims, 200kg stereo and neons - no. Turbo timer, plumb back bov and a tasteful sticker or two - yes.

Main priority tho is to make it handle. I noticed yesterday while taking a few roundabouts quickly it understeers heavily and I want to make it more neutral. My wife has an MR-2 Spyder and my goal is to make the WRX more fun to drive than that.

If I bought a blue WRX I would have gone for the rally look.

If handling is what your after, 24mm rear swaybar with heavy duty links and heavy duty mounting kit. Massive difference.

I found the best value handling mods to be sway bars and strut braces. After that it's coilovers and anti-lift kit....
Totally transforms the car! I did the mods one by one so I could really see the difference they made.

Liking the polyurathane lower lip, will match my black sideskirts and add a bit of protection to the front spoiler.

You don't need a turbo timer.

Considering how drunk I was last night I am impressed with my earlier idea.

I'll probably go coilovers or spring/shock combo first and fill the guards with bigger rims and tyres first. Yeah, thicker rear swaybar will get rid of understeer if I understand correctly?
