Amazing Discovery
 

Ever since I bought my Subaru I have loved it to bits. The performance, the handling, the looks etc, etc. The only thing that annoys the hell out of me is why Subaru would compromise such a fantastic build and finish quality with this:

It is the crappest, ugliest, cheapest most flimsy cup holder I have ever seen :mad: (and it's in a Rex!). Or at least thats what I thought until earlier today. After leaving the petrol station with a Masters English Toffee drink I thought where the hell can I put this??? I opened the centre console but that was full of crap, so I thought I wonder if I can squash it into the crappy piece of in dash plastic. Much to my amazment there is actually a cut out for this type of drink and it fits fantastic.

You can drive like a rally driver and not spill a drop.
I'm glad I didn't rip it out to fit my turbo timer in there now.........

OMG i was looking for somewhere to put it. Instead i just drank it and threw it in the bin b4 i got to my car. But i wont nemore.

HAHA awesome i never seen that! whenever i have a coffee chill i put it in the centre console, thanks for that lol

took me about a year to notice this in my old 99! bloody brilliant!

and yes, my 05 STi has a tape deck aswell. and yes, it gets laughed at by most passengers.
