More than likely stolen, dumped and then the owners not being notified that it had been found. I am guessing notifying owners that their stolen car has been found is not a high priority.

Don't know hey, it doesnt make sense...

Still insurance payout for them then if cops allowed that to happen by not towing the car away or notifying the insurer to tow the car....otherwise winning court case for negligence there.

or is that common occurrence this 'negligence' from the authorities? Worrying

Would you want your car back after it got stolen ? IMO they can ducking keep it as it's usually our natives and those motherfuckers stink.

And this is the reason why I was desperate enough to try towing my car with my bike.....no ones getting free parts off my car!!!
