It dont matter what radar detector you buy as none of them will guarantee you will never get caught. Especially with the technology they use today and there is nothing you can do about the rear facing cameras. Too late once you have gone past and you never even know they are there until the ticket comes in the post

As mentioned the V1 would be the best radar detector for WA .

$550 locally.

Or alternatively don't speed...

Fuck the detectors off. Zero warning from behind. Minimal warning from the front depending on setup. Fork out for jammers instead if your license actually depends on it. Blinder/ Laser Interceptor/ AGL9 etc.
Beyond that, don't speed through intersections if you haven't memorized the 30 fixed camera locations, and watch the 4 boxes on the fwy/ roe hwy.

I just usually speed through round abouts or corners where they clearly mark them to challenge you to go round them double the speed.

Haven't come across any cameras on corners or roundabouts

A few tips:
- By now you should know the roads you drive on and chances are you have seen a few speed cameras on said roads. Slow down when on these roads... e.g: leech hwy.
- if you're driving on a straight road thats near the city, why the fuck would you speed? it's not like it's any fun in a straight line unless you want to lose your license in one go... And traffic sucks when ur in a fast car.
- buy ur self a daily and drive ur whip on the weekend, find a quiet country road with some nice bends and go for it.
You don't have to listen to me but I can tell you first hand this will help you avoid fines.
