RallyArmor

Anyone knows if there's any shops that sell RA products in Oz?(or a shop in Perth) Like an Oz distributor of some sort?
Was about to order direct from the USA but thought of just checking first.

TROLLEY 19-10-2013 03:01 PM

Pretty sure carmods Australia offers them

RJ999 19-10-2013 03:12 PM

LOL yeah I checked out car mods, they offer you the Universal mudflaps (just made for any random car not tailored for specific application) for $146, these are the ones that RA sells for $26

MegaLOL carmods that's like more than 500% markup... Rallysportdirect sells those for $35!!!

RallyArmor UR flaps for your specific Subaru is what you need, the Universal mudflaps are made for cars like the Toyota Prius.

I guess I'll just order direct from RA going to cost ~120 plus delivery

Or a quick search on car mods gives

Jeckle 19-10-2013 03:32 PM

Or these UR ones

Master D 19-10-2013 03:32 PM

Needs more flaps cruise

RJ999 19-10-2013 03:35 PM

yea true, searching helps....

These are the RA 'Basic' flaps though...seems like they don't stock the UR mudflaps for my year STi...
They only stock it for the 08+

Thanks for the info anyway...I'm better off going straight through RA, better pricing even with express 4 day delivery international shipping added on top.

Car mods should fix their search thing to...first time I ran the search these don't come up...also its on order...I'm defo going direct through RA lol

RJ999 19-10-2013 04:16 PM

Ordered now :-)

Direct from RA, way cheaper

Jeckle 19-10-2013 05:00 PM

Both appear to be for GD WRX/STi

Cost wise, factor in postage and time to get them NFI.

RJ999 19-10-2013 05:28 PM

Yea that's exactly why I went purchased directly through RallyArmor....Carmods doesn't hold stock of colours for GDF, and price is higher...
Would have taken the same amount of time and cost me more lol...

Just ordered off RallyArmor.com with my colour choice for $176 including express shipping FTW :D

Exceptional service from Rally Armour. I ordered some for my Foz a couple of years ago, paid $150 odd for the PU ones and had them on the car within 8 days from ordering!

 If u buy parts from cleanyourcar.com, rallysportdirect, japanparts.com, nengun, tire rack, etc, its usually a lot cheaper and shipping is normally in ten days.

Tony 19-10-2013 10:27 PM

Ill wait and see how they look on your car in person Before i buy some myself. What colour you end up going?

RJ999 19-10-2013 11:29 PM

Not really....did the research, way cheaper directly through RallyArmor plus you get the full range of colours!

RJ999 19-10-2013 11:35 PM

Yea no worries mate... only thing is you missed a chance at saving ~$40 worth of postage on a single order...:p
I got the red ones with the white logo, looks sick on the blue, white, and black STis...

Also it will stop the stone chips I can see around the back wheel arch area...the front wheels in a turn chuck so much shit on the metal around the back wheels

I'll put some photos up as soon as I receive and install them, you'll also get to see them in person in a couple of weeks :)

Yeh ok. If i was going to get any i would have to be Black. Im going for a really Clean/sleek look for my sti. Having had a WRB rex and now having a white one i really do think the blue paint is extremely weak or they put it in really thin over the white undercoat to get it pop. My blue rex would chips so so easy where as my new one has hardly any stonechips.

RJ999 19-10-2013 11:54 PM

True...the blue chips so easy.

Hey the red flaps were made for yours...RallyArmor designed the red with the White Sti as it's target car...check out the pics in the links I sent you.
Black would look good too though depending on the colour of the rims...

Get the black ones then we can swap if you don't like it and if I don't like the red ones hahaha...
The red flaps make the cars look like a vicious rally car :D

I think what he was saying is that It's generally cheaper to buy from those OS sites including RallyArmor than buying locally. :icon_thum

RJ999 20-10-2013 11:30 AM

Yep I totally misread that...was rushing out to diner when I read that last night...
