Pulled my 4pots off the rs this morning to put a seal kit through them and change my rotors to slotted before some track fun. Anyway had a late night with a few beverages woke up at 5am couldnt get back to sleep so started doing the brakes .

Took them off replaced brake lines put new slotted rotors on. Double checked they were the right way rh and lh side . Rebuilt calipers and put them on the car. Proceeded to bleed brakes with air bleeder . Brakes wont bleed.:eek: .
Scratched head checked lines and started in order back passengers, back drivers, then passengers front and drivers front brakes still wont bleed :confused: . Came inside just now made some lunch and then I realized my mistake:o . Put the right caliper on left side and left on right so the nipples were at the bottom trapping air.

Proceeded to call myself a fXXXXX idiot then changed the calipers the right way round and bled system. What would you know brakes bleed . Moral to story dont do brakes half pissed in the morning :icon_eyes

Done that before spent ages wondering why it looked funny till Ross pointed it out to me

Makes you feel full derpa lol . She stops ok now tho lol.

Haha the fact that you can laugh about it makes it all worth while mate.

During my apprenticeship I put battery clamps the wrong way when I was charging up a Mitsubishi Express Van. Lets just say the inside of the van turned into a smoke machine.
