Where to get a new key

Hi guys, I recently purchased an 06 impreza privately. Only after I had paid, did the seller mention that he didn't have a spare key for the car! What an A**hole!

Can anyone recommend somewhere in Perth I can get a new one cut and programmed? That won't cost me an arm and a leg?

Cobbler in joondalup cost me $150 for a a new key. No central locking but my new alarm comes with 2 fobs.

For a brand new alarm and a new key cut still cost me less than Subaru wanted for a new key cut and coded :-\

A1 Locksmiths in Morely are pretty good, got one cut and reprogrammed for my daily for $140 in a few minutes.
