Default Fuel consumption

Hi all,

I was just wondering what everyone is getting out of their tank for fuel. I currently have a 2006 wrx and I am getting about 330kms to a tank and have the vf34 turbo upgrade and an exhaust system. If you could please comment below to see what everyone else is getting that would be cool thanks.

Sticks

"To a tank". Do you understand how that means nothing.

L/100kms is much more scientific and you will get actual answers.

Average is around 11-14l/100 depending on driving style usually.

Unless you are filling up and driving until the car conks out, then you are not using a full tank.
As Russ mentioned, best to fill up and make notes of the odometer and do the calculations based on the next reading when you fill up.

If the consumption is that bad, then I would assume the tune, sensors or right foot might be the culprit.

FYI I have driven a 08 and 11 wrx, both with the 2.5l engine and the worst that I've experienced was about 430km before filling up (approximately 50L of fuel went in).
Neither of these cars were modified like your car is, so don't use it as a benchmark.

I filled my 06 WRX yesterday and put in just under 44 litres and had driven 432 kms. Car is stock apart from a cat back.

Not another one of these threads, search fuel consumption and there's about 50 threads already with everybody's average consumption...

I get around 15L/100 with mine. then again my right foot is heavy, I am always stuck in traffic and I boost my car whenever I get the chance to.

10.8 in the city with a TD05-18G billet turbo in a barge. I get on boost as often as possible.
