Default XEDE Piggyback ECU

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone has one or knows anything about them or who can tune them in perth?

I have a MY00 and have a turboback system and a APS CAI on it.

Now i have heard that they run very lean with APS CAI on pre MY01+ models and that i should get it tuned.

This guy on rexnet is selling these ECUs for $400 http://www.rexnet.com.au/forum/index...howtopic=52374

I have just been looking on there site and they look like a good piggyback system just wondering what your thoughts are?
The official site is http://www.xede.com.au/about.php

Thanks

Piece of shit!

My cousin has one in his MY00, ripped it out and went a MoTeC. (The XEDE was part of a trial)

This was done at West Racing too.

Funny you mention this as i just spoke to a new player in the tuning market.

Aaron @ Intune Performance. Currently in the process of setting up his new premises SOR. He is an official xede tuner as well as tuning a mass of standalone ecu's (except wolf - wont touch them).

0414 874 824

I've had experience with him when he briefly worked on the wagon and was impressed with his 'experience' and general knowledge.

Another player in the tuning sector as well as mig/tig/alloy welding fabrication and related industry.

I'll find out for you Joey. It may pay to give Tim Slako a call though as I am sure he can fill you in.

My mate had a few mods done to his ute by Tim and the next person he took the ute to for an edit said that what Tim had done was half arsed and lazy.
But before that I had only heard good things about Tim, maybe just a 1 off.

Is that Aaron that used to be at Speedworks?
Why did he end up leaving Speedworks?

~courtesy of FOZ13 off GTrydaz forums~

INTUNE PERFORMANCE & ENGINEERING will be able to tune your XEDE and maintain your foz. Some of you may know of Aaron Gregory who use to be the top tuner @ Speedwerx before he came over here to Brisbane.

Well he will be back in WA and has setup shop @ O'Conner just a few doors down from the Dif shop.

Aaron will be maning the Dyno at this weeks Ford & Holden show next week so you can always see him there and catch up, alternatively you can call him on 0414874824. You guys are so damn lucky as he is a top tuner and a top bloke!
