Warning of RAC insurance

First.
Racism is not cool man. |
That e-mail wouldn't touch the sides of what they receive, definitely would have worded it better regardless of the spelling/grammatical errors.
|
Firstly, never write an email upset
Secondly, do not include P-WRX in your reference Thirdly, if you want to be taken seriously, even if you're upset, don't take rush and make your email sound like it was written by 10 year old. It will be treated differently if you don't communicate it professionally. You are one of a few thousand clients, and if you give an organisation a reason to put you on the lower priority, you will be treated as such. Sorry, I know my post isn't one that is jumping on your bandwagon, but telling it how it is as an outsider. |
Dear god, what did you actually think was going to be achieved by writing an email like that? The use of profanity, insults and racism won't achieve a thing, except most likely the cancellation of your policy entirely. I get that you're angry but you really need to think before emailing something like that.

Wow.. Sorry man, but that's not the way to go about it. It is an insurance companies decision of they choose to insure your car or not, if you don't like it go somewhere else.
Based on the limited information I can take from your email they paid you out for the car, you chose to buy it back and repair it yourself (I assume to pocket the difference), and then went to re-insure it for the original amount?? It actually looks to me like you’re taking the piss. Using sware words (blanked out or not) makes you come across as a tyre kicker, and as the others said will put you straight to the bottom of the pile. Lastly, I'm pretty sure RAC don't cover modified cars, that's why I'm not insured with them, so really you're lucky they paid anything at all! P.S I've ranted about insurance companies, but took it to their Facebook site and kept calm and professional about it the whole time. |
Vehicles classed as 'uneconomical for repair' or 'statutory write off's' are generally flagged by insurer's (and usually covered in their Product Disclosure Statement).
Do you have the option to re-insure in writing? Never take verbal confirmation of anything from an insurance company. |
.... EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF PERTH-WRX...
Joe, this is not cool. Although it is unlikely, it is not desirable to possibly create difficulties for other members that have RAC insurance and Perth-WRX does not want to be seen in this way. |
Wow.
If I worked at RAC I would read that, then would log onto Perth WRX to read the lols |

You silly little man. Are you an adult or a little bogan from Lockridge. If you want to get results you need to be mature about it. Sorry, but if I was RAC, after that, I wouldn't insure you no matter how much you pay me. |
