He is very bad at shop management, he should get another mechanic for sure, and a delivery man.

no dramas for most but i drive 360k's (720 return) just to get my car in the right hands. i had to do 2 trips for the job to be done! at least he didnt smash me with unsolicited work i guess..

I think people have already identified a mistake you'll make in the future, every 2000km as a matter of fact.
