How to stop your junk EJ25 being junk...

Brand new EJ257 cases, CNC close decked with Darton nodular iron sleeves, line honed, torque plate hones etc.
Oil galleries ported etc
ARP case bolts
PBMS 14mm head studs (block machining required to fit)
STI heat treated crank
Carillo H-beam rods
JE pistons & proseal rings
ACL race rod bearings
Clevite main bearings
Killer B sump & pickup
Ported & shimmed 11mm oil pump

The entire deck of the block is machined out on CNC & a CNC billet deck plate is press fitted into the top of the block - it's 24mm thick higher quality alloy & gives 360 degree support to a flanged liner, the deck plate itself incorporates the centre head bolt holes so it has as much support as possible all the way around.

Should stop your bore flex.

At a cost.

Developed and produced in Aus!

But regardless I will take my hat off with respect to the machining work done here.
