Received follow up letter on Monday ("Letter 2") saying that replacement parts are beginning to arrive & my vehicle has been selected to have the Recall replacement carried out & to contact the Subaru dealer to arrange a time.

Gave the dealer a call & is booked in for 1st of December, they say it should only take approx. 1 hr & it is being carried out "Free of Charge".

How did it go?

I got my follow up letter yesterday, so will give Ozzy Park a call next week or two and book it in there as I work around the corner.

May not be closest. But head to Melville and go see Mick.

All good. Went to Subaru Wangara, I was working, the 'Mrs' took it down in the morning & we picked it up later that day. Not sure how long it took them, but I have no complaints & more importantly no damage.
