Anyone know where I can find plans to diy an aluminium CAI box to go around my apexi hot air intake pod on a gc8 wrx?

like a template so i can cut a sheet and bend it and not have to guess or do some maths?

Don't know about that, but have you removed the cover from the bonnet vent. That allows a lot of cold air in. Just be careful when washing the car as you can soak the air filter through with water and it will run shit for a while. Happened to me first time I washed it after removing the cover.......

yeah it will improve things, but probably still be a downgrade from the standard air intake with the snorkel removed.

well what i plan on doing is getting some cardboard, and making the airbox... then unfolding that and using it as a template... i will then publish the template for all to use!
