Default New tyres

OK, I need new tyres for my STI.
Is John Fowler still the go to man, any other reputable places?
Cheers

If you want the best advice on tyres, suspension, handling and driving, go to John Fowler. You will probably get the best price as well, plus some free war stories.

Best prices, Ebay/Online really. I'm due for new tyres, and will probably source over east again, get them shipped, and fitted by my regular mechanic.

Sounds crazy, but it's generally cheapest option if you can find the tyres you want online.

Dom, go with John... he may not be quite as cheap as an ex ES import, but you will get good advice, good service and good backup......and you are supporting a local...it's not always just about price.
Zombee, TROLLEY, Soksta and 3 others like this.

^Great tyre, I have done 25k on them, 2 skid pans, 4 RAC sprints, half a dozen WAW nights. They are around half tread now and showing some signs of wear and tear mostly due to running a lot of negative camber.

May I ask the price? I am interested in these tyres as well, and will go local if I can justify them against a reasonable price, but last time I checked there was roughly a $500 difference between those, and a set of RS3's or RS-RR's in 18/235 from East. (shipping incl.)

Cheers
