Bang on 900rpm.
I'll bet anyone that they'd be amazed how stock the car drives.

I've had a 98 tune done on the car today.
I now have two tunes one 98 and one E85.

507HP at the wheels on 98 fuel at 1.7bar. There was more in it apparently as there is only a bit if timing in it but the focus was on a safe tune rather than a maximum power one.

TROLLEY, nick73 and Dan [GTI] like this.

Thanks mate.

It's been tuned for the convenience of 98 rather than having to mess about with E85 all the time. I've asked for a safe tune over one for optimum power so I should see plenty of longevity. It's lost a little bit of low down grunt but not much. All in all I'm very happy with it.

I did have the option of switchable tunes but I've opted for two separate ones. I physically have to load the different tunes via a laptop. That will save any fuck ups from switches being accidently knocked. Especially as I have a very mischievous 6 year old.

Why not flex sensor and flex tune?

I don't think Flex tuning is reliable enough if im honest. Might be OK for lower boost levels but I just don't fancy it at 30psi. Less of a margin of error.
