Rather than run rubber fuel hose through the car I decided to use the factory hard lines to eliminate the constant fuel smell in the car.
The factory feed line is not big enough on it's own for my fuel requirements so I decided to get a little creative.
As I no longer need the breather line this can now be used as a return line and I have combined the factory feed and return lines and now*have two 8mm (OD) feed lines.
Just had to cut the hard lines to allow for AN06 fittings to be used from the fuel filter forwards.
All in all a pretty neat solution.
How does this work with the venturi style transfer pump in the left side of the tank?
Do GD's not have that or have you re-routed the smaller breather line to that pump to have it still function?

That side of things is all OEM still.
I've just re routed the supply and engine breather lines.
The venturi pump on the passenger side is still in situ

Minor update, managed to get hold of a front grille.
What a nightmare that was. Can't get them new unless imported from Japan costing a small mortgage.
Jokers on ebay wanting silly money
Breakers who will only sell them as front end conversions or as complete bumper at north of £500. ($1000)
I nearly opted for a Carbon set but I really wanted the OEM Look.

Anyway finally found one and painted it.

Hoping to build up some momentum with this now.

Kicking off with delivery of my new brakes.
These things are a work of art and I'm really pleased I went for them

I'm also sorting out the fuel system properly this time round too but have had a slight rethink of my original plans.
I've previously used rubber nitrile hoses but got fed up with the smell of fuel.
This time round I'm using PTFE hoses which should eliminate that.

I'm running an AN8 line from pumps to rails which runs the length of the car. I'm also using one of the original hard lines as the return line but I've cut it prior to it going underneath the car to allow me to fit a 6an - hardline joiners so I can route it to my surge tank.

I'm also going to be running a flex fuel setup so I have an ethanol sensor to go on too.
Will hopefully get the fuel side of things finished this week.

Will post more pics when I've completed it.

Honestly, one of the few reasons I still check on here is for this monster. I might send you a PM Daz, I’m looking to run a parallel fuel system, after a bit of input
