Default Trying to identify my 2003 wrx block

As said above, I'm trying to identify the block as it's supposed to be a sti replacement block from Subaru. I need a new clutch and don't want to order the wrong unit. Photos attached, EJ20 and part of the serial number under the alternator. I'll remove the alternator if I have to for proper identification

The back passenger side of the block will have the engine number (under the intercooler) those pics wont get you far one is just marker for displacement and other is factory bearing size indicators

The real number you need is the gear box number should by like ty somethin normally and that under there too near bell housing

The replacement clutch is determined by which gearbox you have. The engine will make absolutely zero difference to which clutch you will need.

Ok great advice. I'll Oder the clutch from the states. Block serial number should tell me it's genuine sti block.
