I haven't been able to find much on this, is it a new model or the same as 06 Thinking about salary sacrificing one and wondering if it's worth waiting.

current car dates back to the bug-eye.. most models have a dev cycle of 3-5 years with 1-2 facelifts.

This ones going to be 7-8 years old come 2009. When an "all new" wrx is out, apparently!
