Work Emotion CR Kai - Where to buy?

All,

Where is the best place to buy a set of the Work Emotion CR Kai wheels, I've had a look on ebay but not sure if I want to send money to someone I don't know.

Can you get them locally, after the 18inch one's for my 06 STI.
