Did a 93 lib come with a VF22?
 

Friend is looking at a Liberty with a VF22, no other mods. How will it be on power etc...

That ad says its still running std exhaust. Change out the exhaust for a decent TBE and you can make up to 160kw atw with standard injectors and a VOS Chip.

VOS chip is a Modification to the ECU that adds a new EPROM Chip into the open slot inside the ECU housing. Gives new more aggressive fuel maps and boost settings.

Only early GF8 WRXs came with a TD05

9k, plus 1k to ship.. then rego, and your looking at 10 500 for a stocker if it doesnt need repairs to rego.... value out the window really.

GC8 = sedan

You mean either an early model GC8 or GF8, up to MY96 came with TD05. MY97 onwards came with a TD04

AUST RS had a VF12, JAP import had either vf10 or 8 depending on manual or auto, there are RSs with WRX motors slapped in with bolt on stuff, with a vf 22 with a link punching out 220kwatw...the owner is THRASHET here in Perth... i personally would use a vf34 over a vf22..........
