Question Need New Clutch :/

I've got a 2002 WRX and the clutch is in need of replacement, its heavy, graunchy and feels like it has 2 stages, also a high biting point. It also has a tendency to slip when I roll on boost in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th, take off in 1st is fine no slip it pulls quite nicely and no shuddering but it slips consistently after that. Anyways I've been looking around for a bit and Stechnic quoated me $1295 for release bearing, spigot bearing and a machined flywheel along with a 5 Speed Heavy Duty Clutch.

I'm not really looking to pay that much so i'm just trying to find somewhere a little bit less dear, if you guys could give me some suggestions that'd be madd.

A mechanic at my golf course told me you shouldn't put a heavy duty clutch in you should put std one in. It's cheaper than rebuilding a gearbox like the way I found out after two and a half grand.i have a 2005 wrx vf34 tuned to 192kw atw.
