Hey Guys,

Thought I'd start a thread and introduce myself. My names Will, Im 19 and have just gotten my first WRX. I got told the Rex community was awesome so thought I'd sign for the board and get to know some other owners.

I now am the new and proud owner of a MY97 WRX Club Spec.. But either way im sure you interested to hear what she is made of.. Besides from a fairly new engine put in back in 02 it has a few mods, including: Upgraded Turbo/ECU, Sti Suspension, Slotted Rotors, Apexi Boost Guage, Upgraded Pod Filter, Boost Controller, Turbo Timer, Carbon Fiber Tail Lights, Enkei Evo5 Rims, Full Pioneer sound system with twin 12" subs. Plus body work including new front lip and side skirts aswell as interior/engine paintwork.

Once I have all the specifics/stats and some pics with her will share.. But for 16K I don't think I did too bad for my first wrx

But yerr, would love to meet some owners and get some opinions

Welcome Will. Sounds like a nice little WRX u've got urself there. Post up some Pics when u get some... There is a "sticky" thread in the Non WRX discussion section to explain how to do it. Enjoy your stay

Hey Chee,

I live near canning hwy, so it may have very well been me

yeah it was probably you. I was heading onto canning highway onramp and i was about 2 cars behind you, i spotted you infront and i pulled in behind you. I also have the plates [1APM-xxx] :P white one.

Actually come to think of it I remember a white wrx now, sweet man!.. thats funny as but yep 1APM-xxx is me aswell.
