whats a better cooling system

hey everyone i was just wondering i am in the process of deciding what cooling system to put on my car i wont to know what is better a bigger top mount or a frontmount intercooler i have these mods(soon to be running on 24 with the bigger cooler)

vf34
fuel pump
computer(tune 18psi)
exhaust
cold air intake
short shift

top mount = more response but with heatsoak,
front mount = more lag, no heatsoak
