hey ppls ... hows it goin ...
my name is Scotty im from Orelia in the dirty south ...
i have a rx turbo leone with wrx running gear and rwd conversion and just got a 96 rx that im in the middle of converting with 97 sti type r running gear and also swapping to the late front end and dash/interior ... im looking forward to trying out the dccd (driver controlled cyco donuts) anyone who has done this conversion before i would love some help and info ... also chasing late interior parts seats trims console etc ...

hope to cruise with you guys soon ...

Did my conversion a bit over 2 years ago, I put 98 ADM gear in a 96 GX wagon. Willing to share what I know.

ha ha ... its still going strong ... but its a bitch to drive onto the back of the tilt tray with no 1st gear and a twin plate ... also found out i can grab reverse at 7000rpm mid burnout with no problem ha ha

Good to hear its going strong, Yes I would say you hit the ramps quickly

You found a plated diff for the wrx ?

How's things Scotty, you're 12 months too late, got rid of all my gear. Even had the dash tabs to change it over and a converted column...nevermind.

yeah i got a plated diff with it me and seb just checked it ... 97ra i worked out the tabs already dash is in ... whats the go with converted column? ... any info you got for me be great

Later model dash has a different bush going thru the floor on the steering column, positioning is slightly different, had one that was done by a certain person at JWS a long time ago. Good thing.
