Well, it's actually a 2008 STi 50th Ann. Limited Edition WRX, but after a few track sessions, it had a mild heart attack, exploded and punched a hole in the cylinder wall! So I purchased a 2008 STi motor. Now I'm just finding some final parts to get it back on the road after 7 months!!

I have the usual mods, custom 3" TBE with VAREX muffler centred out from the rear bar, STi centre console, short shift kit, AVO CAI, Turbosmart BOV, Turbosmart E-Boost 2, H&R springs and STi strut brace. Oh, and child seat...

I have a few more things on their way, but actually getting it back rolling on the road is my main focus right now!! Everyone says "sell it, buy something that works". But it's my baby!!

Welcome.

Given you are on the east cost, make sure you try Rexnet for parts too. Or just move to WA, it's heaps better

Cause it was CHEAP!! My car is only a WRX, hence only 167Kw. This was an easy way of pulling an extra 50Kw, with minimum spend, but maximum headache!

Here are some pics... I'll have more up when the engine goes back in and she's running!
