just brought another wrx my00 and want to buy some new rims and tyres but unsure if to change size from 17's to 18's is there any advantages here

22s are the go.

GC8 came with 16's.

There is no advantage to change up a rim size as you just make the tyre thinner to keep the same rolling diameter. Unless you have a big brake kit underneath...
