Default Hi everyone.

Hi everyone,

I just joined Perth WRX even though I live in NSW it is still great to talk to all Subaru enthusiasts.

I drive a MY03 STI with alot of engine work done. forged 2.5L, P&P heads, Kelford 264 cams, twist mount Precision 5857 billet turbo and lots more.

Here is a couple of pics.

Thanks mate. It is still on the run in tune at the moment it's only done 400 km's on the new motor but it made 273.9 kw atw on 15psi so should have a bit more once it's had the final tune done

This is the only pic I have of the dyno sheet from the run in tune.

Car looks great.

Regarding the turbo - seems like a huge lag?

Welcome

I was originally building up a 2.2L stroked to go in my 99 GC8 WRX but ended up selling it and buying this instead. At the last minute a changed to a 257 block and 99.5mm Mahle pistons. Plus the original EJ207 had 162,000 kms on it so not sure how long it would have handled the power for. It's at 273.9awkw on 15psi. Can't wait to see what it has after the motor is run in and the boost is turned up

Welcome
Its not to bad actually. My old 99 WRX with a TD05-18G 8cm and front mount felt more laggy than this set up does.
