Hello Perth WRX
As stated above my name is Mat and as you may have worked out by my username i drive a Forester. I am somewhat sad to say i do not have a turbo, whilst i know this makes me very un-cool i hope you can learn to love me anyway.

The only thing i have done so far is chuck some wheels on it i picked up cheap. Future plans for her are a stereo upgrade (head unit ordered and on its way), wheels/tyres and suspension upgrades (springs, struts, sway bars ect). Suspension is actually my main focus on this car as i am wanting to learn more about it. At the moment it is still shamefully high which i hope to get sorted very soon.

I am a fairly massive F1 nut (red bull racing fan), like RC cars, electronics and gaming. I have also worked in the swimming pool industry for quite some time now so if you ever need info/help with your pool just give me a shout and i will do what i can.

If it's just a family wagon, why bother modding? Could get a WRX wagon and still have room to cart the cool dog around...

I'm also an F1 and gaming nut but not really interested in having my pool cleaned if you know what i mean.

Hi mat and welcome just a pool question I have a retaining wall out the back of my place about 4 m high does the pool have to be that distance away if I get 1 installed

I wont be modifying it to the extreme and i have looked at WRX wagons but i just wont get by with the lack of space sadly. If i had the parking space i would just get a second car but for the moment for several reasons this is my ride. It does the job but once my lease is up i am considering going liberty wagon or at least turbo forester.

If the wall is 4m high then it will count as a pool fence and you should be able to put the pool as close to it as you like. As long as it is at least 1.2m on both sides then there should be no problem. Check with your local council just to be sure as sometimes they have different rules.
