Back Again ;)

Hey crew !

Back for the third time...

one of the original pdiddy members

Owned a MY00, full of bling from 2000 - 2004, was in a few car shows here n there, some people loved it, some people hated the car.. but it was my pride and joy and my whole pay check would go into it, due to the hassle from the po po I had to sell it, somethign like 30 yellows in a year did it for me... then moved onto hsv's and road bikes for a while... missed the boxer note so bought an MY99 in about 2007/2008, vf34 ppg box and autronics... was running around 12.2 down the quater with 330hp atw from memory... good fun car, but the box started to bug me as it was a daily driver... sold that... moved back into HSV's and bought another road bike... (life is one big circle) lol

Ive since sold the clubby and recently bought an MY05... fairly modified, Vipec, GT3076, etc etc but blew the big end few weeks ago, (playin silly buggas down the freeway)

So Im about to buy a ej207 and have it built to last a little longer than the two weeks Ive had out of it so far...

If anyone has any idea's on combo's on cams etc etc that would be best suited for the car with the 3076 im all ears...

Anyways enough rambling... look forward to bumping into some old freinds and catching up with the new crew...

seeya's on the streets (hopefully not too far away)

stevo !

The old days - lapping scabs, waiting for your next sticker, they were good :)

Plenty of build threads here man - who is building it for you?

haha Teejay.... i swear 90% of my kms were at scabs car parks...

More than likely nick and sean at ASG... Im jut trying to decide on which block...

Either EJ207, EJ257 also waiting on a reply from pbms on a built closed deck EJ207 short block

ive been up for days studying on the million combinations out there and now I cant decide lol

Ive still got pics at somewhere of the old girl .. including tv mods, and certains girls posing on it ;)

If ASG build it let them give you the advice. They breathe the stuff. Everyone will have a different opinion anyhow :)

you'll have to chuck some pics up of my 1st wrxy for me ;) and the ladies that came with it haha

teejay 05-07-2013 01:52 PM

Not sure you would want to see pics of her again .. you have moved on to bigger and better :)

American Dave 05-07-2013 01:53 PM

Nic built my Cosworth 257 short block last year and I recommend him highly.

tRUbLSM 05-07-2013 02:35 PM

Agree Dave, have known the fellas at ASG for a long time... back before sean even owned a wrx...

Although Nic is about to go on holidays and Im impatient lol

Only had the car a week or so before she popped so Im desperate to get it running again ;)

I spose patience is the key here though... for a reputable build

tic toc tic toc

American Dave 05-07-2013 02:38 PM

patience is a virtue when it comes to building dok doks
nic will want at least 4 weeks to do the job but its worth it
what are you doing for cams ?
