Exclamation citroen C4 2006 [need a repairer]

hi, im wondering if anyone has dealt with Allpike in Osborne Park?.

I had my car towed in for repair 08/06/13, they replaced gearbox solenoids and gearbox fluid, $2138.00.
Then I had my car towed again to Allpike in Osborne Park for repair 11/12/13, they replaced coil pack and spark plugs, $738.00.
My mistake was asking the sales manager anything, Mick Turner seems to think that pay up and shut up is the pick up policy, "You brought a citroen." he said.
I asked if there is another repairer.
Yes he said, Cannington Citroen.

Well, pay up and shut up is their policy, so that's what I did.
There is little I can do, but do I want to go back, NO.
Sydney office tells me its a franchise and AHG owns a lot of Scarbrough Beach Road, and Allpike hasn't answered the email I sent 2 months ago.

DONT BUY A CAR FROM ALLPIKE CITROEN, SCARBROUGH BEACH ROAD, OSBORNE PARK.

This is a Subaru forum, so I am not sure what you hope to achieve by posting this here.

If you think you were treated unfairly, then I would send a letter to the Dealer Principal at Allpikes,
and/or contact Dept of Fair Trading.

A Citroen is french at the end of the day and therefore predispositioned to easy surrender.

What is your complaint exactly, that car repairs for European vehicles are expensive?
Is your car an automatic?

Some people seriously make my fucking mind boggle...
