well whats the expensive one that works? i dont wanna half ass it! v1 is the same.. it works 100% on copcars.. 100% on the cameras mounted in the van ( well our local 1) but gives little to no warning against tripod, especillay rear facing.. front facing gives short warning.

Nice purchase.

I run Laser Interceptor (volatile audio can supply/ install). They seem to work fine although it's pretty easy to remember the 5 fixed speed camera locations (vitronic boxes).

You won't jam the fixed yellow ones at intersections, they run off pressure pads. You shouldn't be smashing it through intersections anyway, but there are ~30 locations to remember if you do let your foot slip.

Edit:
I also run V1 high mount horizontal at the same time. V1 doesn't always pick them up if they aren't placed correctly, whereas LI will.
Brett Allan and DukeDrifter like this.

With v1 or any other radar detector, u should mount them high, ie near rear view mirror. Mine gives plenty warning for any foward facing camera, and tells me the rear facing one. Just drive 10 km above limit if ur in a hurry u will be fine, rear ones has bigger tolerance than front facing.

Laser jammers should have high power rating and effective coverage to jam tripod, and cover ur headlight and number plate. And they r illegal, so u want one with a kill switch to prevent u jam a laser gun for too long.

They are induction loops, not pressure pads.
