Question Where to take my baby to be serviced?

Hi everyone my name is Jo ( Joanna), and my baby is my o6 liquid platinum Sti, she's called Suzi Q ( from her plate ) and I figured that this would've the best place to ask where is a great place to take my girl to get an 'a' service, where they know how to look after her, and not automatically charge me double just because I am a female?
I have owned her from 07, and she's coming up to a new clutch, new belts etc, so I'm looking for somewhere where a long term relationship of mutual trust and respect can be established.
Your help would be very much appreciated. Jo.

Welcome.

The Perth Workshops thread, can be of great assistance.

I have personally had my previous car (MY11 WRX) serviced by the guys at STechnic and never could fault them.
Reasonably priced as well.

Just had my last service done through STechnic as well. Great customer service, top quality work and happy to give advice.

Agree with all the above. Never had my car serviced there but had it inspected prior to purchase and the report Doug gave me was ridiculously detailed! They know their sh*t!

Hey everyone thanks for answering, I was really hoping to get a consensus of some kind, and this is the right place to ask.
I actually have another question - I have a quote for approx $1,500 for 'A' service + all the belts being replaced- that includes all the fluids being replaced etc..... Does that sound about right?

** my bad, misread **

Is the car up to a specific service interval? What is the service history like? That will make it much clearer what work is likely to be needed.

I've never used STechnics but all reports are glowing. Maximums are worth a ring too, and have a click through the workshop thread linked previously.

That price seems *ok* for a major service, but your list is not overly specific.

Sounds like the major service. How many kms? Through Subaru? If so, sounds about right!

Price is about right, assuming using genuine timing kit, pump and coolant, along g with good fluids. Try not to use gates timing kit.
