Default Long time lurker, Decided to join up

Hey gents, Have been lurking on here for over 10 years and finally decided to make an account. Always been into Subi's but a Nissan held me back from ever buying one
Picked up my 02 STI last week and am loving it! Only mods are a CCI Stage II clutch and Exhaust ( Unsure if it goes all the way to turbo, yet to get it up on the hoist to have a look )

Future mods include
Ecutek / Injectors / Pump
MCA Coilovers
TD06 16g
Tomei EL Headers / Sump & Filter relocation
ProcessWest Topmount

TD06 on a 2.0l. Will ruin it in my opinion. Its a great car with its drivability. Doesnt need Nissan spec power to be fast.

Welcome and congrats on the purchase. I do quite like a nice bug sti.

As above, I would further research and reconsider your turbo option in the future plans. When you come around to it an E85 tune will definitely be worth looking at. Plenty of good examples around here for you to check out.

Don't waste your money on the Tomei branded headers, just buy the Kando ones as they come from the exact same factory and are a fair bit cheaper than the Tomei branded one.

I'm still tossing up on e85, Spoke to my tuner and he i not a huge fan in daily driven cars. As for the TD06 its going to push more air than a td05 and with the 16g paired with 4.44 it should be fairly easy to get into the right rpm

Will take a look at the Kando's!
