What is my car?
Hi All
I have a WRX 1994 Version 1. I cannot make any sense of the VIN stamped on the firewall. Can anyone help? The number is JF2GC8BR0BG008975. The issue is "BR0BG", does anyone know what it means? The car does not have a compliance plate fitted but has been issued a sticker from rego department so registration is not a problem.

Im certain the tags on my 95 GC are BR0BG aswell.
I had a super hard time finding it, but i THINK i found something on one of the English forums. I had the same trouble, the VIN decoders didnt work. I'm nowhere near the plates at the moment so can't check. I MIGHT even have the details saved on my personal laptop (at work at the moment) I'll check later. So many capitals.
